Sample Kit
Kit includes 1- 4 oz bottle of Inhibitor, 1 - 8 oz bottle of Descaler, and 1 - 8 oz bottle of Degreaser.
 
Descaler
Description: Descaler is a synthetic acid with surfactant base green chemical agent for the safe removal of rust and scale from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete, and other substrates. Descaler is a highly concentrated chemical emulsion, designed to replace corrosive acids and flammable compounds. It is environmentally safe, containing the newest research in chemical technology and proven one of the most aggressive aqueous descalers. It is also a great product for the removal of ash and scale from a burn-off oven process.
 
Instructions: Descaler is a stable chemical formulation which is designed for a safe acid cleaning process. The product can be sprayed on, or parts can be soaked to remove the contamination. Flash rust and light scale can be removed on contact, while heavy rust and scale may be soaked for several hours or overnight. Descaler will clean and etch concrete to prep for concrete coating systems. Used ambient and can be diluted up to 4 to 1 with tap water.
 
Degreaser
Description: Degreaser is a state-of-the-art chemical designed to be sprayed on or applied with a brush, to remove oil-based contamination. Degreaser will safely emulsify petroleum-based products, including food grade products. Degreaser is a highly concentrated formulation that incapacitates the oil and grease, not allowing re-contamination through the cleaning process. Typical applications include pre-cleaning metal parts prior to a painting process, floor cleaning, equipment cleaning.
 
Instructions: Degreaser is a stable chemical formulation which is designed for a safe de-greasing cleaning process. It can be sprayed on or applied with a brush. It is designed to encapsulate the grease & oil contamination, resulting in a cleaner surface area, without re-transferring the contaminates into the substrate resulting in out gassing and fisheye caused when contaminants are not removed.
 
Inhibitor
 
Description: Inhibitor prevents rust from forming on metal parts. It is used after cleaning or reconditioning parts or equipment to prevent flash rust or any oxidation. It can be utilized as a rinse additive after stripping or descaling processes.
 
Instructions: Inhibitor can be sprayed on, brushed on, or used in a rinse tank for flash rust protection. RS-Inhibitor can be diluted up to 4 parts to 1.
